Donna Hay recipe
4x 200g salmon fillets, skin on and pin boned
Olive oil for brushing
1/2 tsp dried chilling flakes
Sea salt and cracked pepper
Baby rocket leaves and mint leaves to serve
Lemon dressing
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs lemon zest
Bean puree
2x400g cans white beans
1 clove garlic, crushed
1tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Make smoky lemon dressing by whisking all ingredients and putting in a bowl.
