| , | 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed |

| , | 1-2 rashers bacon, finely chopped |
| , | 1/2 cup grated cheese | |

| Method | | | | |
| , | Using 6.5 cm cutter, cut 24 rounds of pastry to line patty tins |
| , | Combine onion, bacon and cheese |
| , | Combine eggs, milk and seasoning. Beat with fork. |
| , | Pour onion, bacon and cheese into tins evenly. Then add liquid ontop. |
| , | Bake in hot oven (450F) for 15-20 min or until golden and puffed. |
