Chippy Tuna Pasta

A Layson Family Favourite

Ingredients:
1 packet pasta, curls or penne, cooked
1 carton sour cream
1 tin cream of chicken soup
1 tin tuna
Small head broccoli, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 packed salt and vinegar chips
Handful of grated cheese

Steps:
Cook pasta.
Turn on oven at 180*
In frypan, cook onion till soft. Cook broccoli and carrot lightly.
Add tin of soup, and sour cream to fry pan with onion and veggies.
Stir for 1 minute.
Stir through pasta and tuna.

In a baking dish, add pasta and other bits. Top with cheese.
Put in oven for 20 min or until cheese melted.

Serve with crushed salt and vinegar chips ontop.

Other varieties of chips such as chicken, plain etc do not taste as good.
